The two of us have a combined total of 33 years working in the specialty coffee industry all over the country.
Being baristas is how we met, how we stayed in touch, & how we have built & maintained communities which we are still active in today.

Pete has worked behind the bar at coffee shops that set the standard in Portland, Tokyo, & Alaska. Roxy has worked behind the bar at legendary & internationally recognized cafe’s in Portland, New York City, & Los Angeles.

After many years of contributing to service in major metropolitan cities around the world, we are pleased to bring ourselves, our world class expertise, & our lifelong passion for great coffee to the furthest edge of Oregon.
